Baby Yoga

There is beginner and advance baby yoga, for 6 weeks course. For beginners and advance yoga, it is suitable from 12+ weeks to pre-crawling. Baby yoga focuses on gentle moves, singing and sensory activities to foster your baby’s physical, neural and brain development and build early communication skills as well as their sense of co-ordination and balance. There is time to chat, plus gentle postnatal yoga stretches and a relaxation at the end!
